DR. LISA RALEIGH | BOARD OF DIRECTORS

Lisa is the Executive Director of RiverLink, a conservation organization that has been advocating for the environmental and economic vitality of North Carolina’s French Broad River and its watershed for over thirty years. She is a geologist and hydrologist by training, and had an extensive career in marketing and PR and in the nonprofit sector. Prior to her current position at Riverlink she spent over a decade as the Director of Advancement at Colorado Rocky Mountain School.

Lisa is deeply committed to human rights and environmental issues. An inveterate international traveler passionate about most things outdoors, Lisa is an avid trail runner, road biker, and climber. She’s also the proud mom of daughters Sunni and Belle, both of whom were born in Cambodia, raised by Lisa and her husband Duane in Colorado and now pursuing degrees at Smith and Fort Lewis Colleges, respectively..
